Lewis Fountain Opera House

Lewis Fountain at the entrance of the forecourt was designed with sand castings

that were machined within 0.25mm in order to produce a series of perfect circles,

which were also produced in manganese bronze, including the surrounding skirts and nozzles.

Again the specification stipulated a minimum 100 years durability.
